Requirements & How The Process Works

Loan Requirements

● Applicant to provide the following:
          ► Completed application
          ► Current balance sheet with supporting schedules plus two (2) years previous balance sheets
          ► Completed copy of the last three (3) years Federal Income Tax returns

How the Process Works

Complete and submit loan application by either Fax (651-481-2055) or mail it to Land O’Lakes Finance, PO Box 64408, St. Paul, MN 55164-0408
Upon approval, Land O’ Lakes Finance will mail the loan documents directly to you.
Sign the loan documents and return them to Land O' Lakes Finance with a copy of your executed 4-Square consulting agreement
Upon delivery of the cattle to your farm or designated feedlot, Land O’Lakes Finance will request the appropriate funds to pay for the cattle
As the cattle increase in weight, funds will be made available through Land O' Lakes Finance for feed bills, yardage, vet bills, etc.
Loan repayment will be structured around the marketing of the cattle
No penalties will be assessed for early payment
